Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the sx740 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, you are not authorized to use our services.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and sx740 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above with legal capacity to enter binding agreements.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is allowed only one account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. sx740 may request identity verification at any time for compliance.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact our support team immediately.
Account sharing between two or more individuals is strictly prohibited. Each account is personal and non-transferable.
Sx740 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as IC or passport to process withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected.
Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All transactions on the sx740 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to current promotional terms and policies, which may change from time to time.
- Deposits must be made using payment methods registered under your name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, subject to successful identity verification.
- Sx740 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
- Any attempts to cheat, falsify transactions or use unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.
- Bonuses and promotions are subject to separate wagering requirements. Please refer to the Welcome Bonus for more information.
Sx740 reserves the right to withhold or delay payments pending investigation if there are any indications of fraudulent activity.
User Responsibilities and Platform Prohibitions
Users of the sx740 platform agree not to engage in the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or play on the platform.
- Cheating, manipulating, or attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities of the system.
- Creating multiple accounts to unfairly benefit from bonuses or promotions.
- Sharing login details with others or using someone else’s account.
- Using the platform for activities illegal under Malaysian law.
- Interfering with the security or integrity of the sx740 platform systems.
Violations of any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice, as well as rejection of pending withdrawal requests.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property, and Terms Amendments

Sx740 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use or inability to use our platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and other materials on the sx740 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of sx740 or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit any material without prior written permission.

The sx740 platform may contain links to third-party websites. sx740 is not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of any such third-party sites.
Terms Amendments and Governing Law
Sx740 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
